The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for researching, documenting, and processing unemployment claims, child support, and court mandated medical support orders. He / She will be processing and entering information into proprietary software and adhering the company’s systems, policies and procedures.

Job Location: Dallas Texas

Compensation: Hourly, plus benefits

Shift: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years related business experience with strong emphasis on auditing and supervision
  • Computer literacy
  • HR related experience a plus
  • Strong leadership,  organizational,  communication , and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Good planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business goals and to increase office efficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with information being handled
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative:

  • Research and gather necessary information and/or documentation to respond to unemployment claims, such as:
    • Copies of employment applications
    • Check received signature sheets
    • 1st hand statements
    • Other documentation necessary to respond to claims
  • Submit unemployment claim responses on time to the designated authority
  • Process and respond to child support orders as well as prepare payments
  • Respond to wage and employment verification requests
  • Enter and respond to IRS levies
  • iPay card funding and inventory
  • DNRs and reactivations requests
  • Assist with company record keeping and storage
  • Assist in policy and procedure audits
  • Assist with managing insurance enrollments for temporary employees companywide
  • Other duties as assigned
