Responsibilities: Prospecting new business opportunities, following up on leads, and establishing relationships with customers.

  • Minimum of 2 years related business experience with strong emphasis on sales
  • Must have valid driver license and insurance
  • Strong leadership, managerial, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business goals and to increase efficiency
  • Ability to perform business development and external sales activities
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change
  • Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary
  • Knowledge and/or experience in construction industry preferred


Sales/Business Development:

  • Follow up on qualified leads provided by Project Manager as well as cold call on construction projects with emphasis on interior finish out projects
  • Secure opportunity to bid on Final Clean scope of work and collect required information for bidding process
  • Present Final Clean Proposal to key decision maker for the project and if accepted, gather required information for billing purposes
  • Follow up with client at completion of Final Clean scope to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development and promote client retention
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in networking events
  • Periodically review sales goals and results with Project Manager


Some of the administration tasks to be completed accurately and on time include:

  • Call Reports
  • Expense Repots
  • Project Information
  • Industry Training
  • Goal Setting Meetings
  • When needed assist in collections
  • Review scope of work with Project Manager per bid prior to presenting to potential customer
  • Document competition’s activity and pricing as available

Take appropriate steps to correct problems within limits of empowerment

Keep abreast of any changes with your competition out in the field that may affect operating procedures and strategy

Attend all mandatory sales meetings
