The Crew Supervisor is responsible for ensuring work assignments are completed in accordance with the job-site specifications, maintaining a high level of customer service, and monitoring temporary workers placed on cleaning crew assignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years related business experience with strong emphasis on supervision
  • Strong leadership, managerial, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change
  • Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary
  • Must have a valid Driver License and insurance
  • Must have transportation with liability insurance and the ability to transport supplies

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations:

  • Recruit qualified candidates for Final Clean positions
  • Keep close communication between Project Manager, Project Administrator, and cleaning crew
  • Ensure cleaning crew is working diligently and efficiently
  • Communicate and coordinate the various aspects of each task required to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as local, state and federal laws guidelines
  • Track changes in orders
  • Provide cleaning crew with Personal Protective Equipment and uniforms

Administrative:

  • Monitor cleaning crew to confirm all tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Keep up to date Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Take appropriate steps to correct problems within limits of empowerment
  • Attend all mandatory meetings

Supervisory:

  • Develop a fully operational and qualified staff
  • Train employees according to established company guidelines
  • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the cleaning crew
