The Front Desk Operator is responsible to ensure that all individuals that come into Results Staffing, Inc. are attended to in a professional and courteous manner. They are also responsible for accurately answering and directing incoming calls, accepting and screening applications, and entering new applicants into Temps Plus.

Job Location: Dallas/ Ft.Worth Texas

Compensation: Hourly 9 am – 6 pm

  • Minimum of two years of related experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to make sound business decisions, prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills; as well as excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Basic office skills including: data entry, filing, and phone etiquette
  • Desire to achieve business goals and to increase office efficiency
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change
  • Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary


Operations / Administration:

  • Answer phones and direct calls accurately
  • Accept and screen new applicants, by verifying provided identification is current, valid, and government issued
  • Enter new application into Temps Plus
  • Maintain orderly control of the front lobby
  • Ensure the front lobby and outside area are clean and well maintained
  • Verify customer and temporary employee has signed the daily time ticket
  • Ensure issued equipment is returned or time ticket is marked for payroll deduction
  • Handing out checks
  • Other duties as assigned

Sales / Business Development:

  • Help and assist with filling job orders
  • Identify recruiting needs and participate in the development of outside recruiting sources
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in local professional, business, and civic organizations to enhance and promote the company


  • Recruit, interview, and make hiring decisions for temporary employees
  • Counsel temporary employees on behavioral and performance issues, document take corrective action as necessary
