The Marketing Specialist will utilize strong writing and verbal communication skills to positively contribute to and influence the attainment of the department’s goals and vision. He/She is accountable for supplying support to the Brand & Compliance Departments by executing the company brand marketing strategies and activities within company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, behavioral sciences, or related disciplines is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years related business experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong journalism skills; how to write a compelling story and understanding of marketing concepts and editorial planning is strongly preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation with valid insurance and a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be polished and articulate.
  • Solid understanding of brand management and maintaining a consistent voice.
  • Strong computer skills: peripheral devices, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check for new accounts entered into Temps Plus and new accounts for new billing.
  • Ensure the Sales Department receives the marketing tools necessary to perform their job duties by building sales tool kits and managing inventory.
  • Create and develop online content for assigned social media pages.
  • Conduct telemarketing to existing and prospective clients.
  • Facilitate day to day execution, maintenance and growth of email, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Collect, maintain and report analytics for assigned marketing channels. .
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
  • Cultivate & develop online conversations with assigned social media followers, drive engagement and meet established KPIs.
  • Perform outside sales activities, such as attending and hosting company networking events.
  • Take appropriate steps to correct problems within limits of empowerment.
  • Calendar networking events and track attendance.
  • Create, develop and maintain assigned newsletters.
  • Assist the Brand & Compliance Department with marketing related tasks.
  • Create and develop text messaging content for ReachOut Program for all divisions throughout company.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure all online content is fresh, relevant and in alignment with brand standards.
  • Identify trends that can be translated into actionable online initiatives to drive engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Track and report effectiveness of all online marketing against established objectives.
  • Maintain seamless workflow between departments to deliver on-time high quality and engaging digital marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
