The Weekly Coordinator Support Specialist is accountable for ensuring the availability of qualified temporary employees for weekly assignments through appropriate recruiting and skill matching to achieve total client satisfaction. He/ she must maintain a high-quality level of customer service and day-to-day communication with clients, sales staff and the operations staff. In addition, the Weekly Recruiting Specialist will provide day to day support to the Senior Operations Support Supervisor. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent required
  • Minimum of one to three years of related experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Good planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business goals and to increase office efficiency
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations / Administration:

  • Provide onsite Branch Orientations to all 5 DFW locations, visiting one branch per day from the hours of 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • Determine client’s needs, place appropriately skilled employees on temporary/ full-time assignments and conduct quality control and arrival calls on client orders
  • Conduct phone/in-person interviews with candidates to obtain work history, experience, skills, education, and salary requirements
  • Notify Account Managers of any problems with client orders
  • Communicating the importance of employee safety
  • Supporting and maintaining the D.W.S.S.R recruiting process
  • Maintain a detailed record of all calls in Staffing +
  • Partner with Customer Service and the Account Managers to ensure all account plans are current and updated with any new employer requirements
  • Maintain all documents using Temps Plus, Staffing Plus, and all created reports.
  • Other duties as assigned

Sales / Business Development:

  • Maintain a strong professional working relationship with current and future customers
  • Maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development and to promote client and employee retention
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in local professional, business and civic organizations to enhance personal development and to promote company recognition

Supervision:

  • Recruit, interview, make hiring decisions and conduct new employee orientation of temporary employees
  • Counsel temporary employees on behavioral and performance issues, document and take corrective action as necessary
